Fear of failure

When asked does the fear of failure drive you, 64% of the survey said ‘yes’.

The entrepreneur will often, if not always, put the business ahead of himself. In terms of giving time, money and devotion.

Responsible and reasoned judgement will almost always be evident.

Manifesting the trappings of success such as driving the nice car, living in the house in the best road and enjoying exclusive holidays are portraits of the self-interest within an entrepreneur. They are not pleasant attributes and can lead to failure.

Not just the overspending in this area can lead to the failure as the money is not diverted into the business but the use of time and change in focus.

Entrepreneurs climbing the greasy pole do not have extra marital affairs and still continue with their original and apparent success. Their focus is altered. The affair is always with their business.

Arrogance is an ugly attribute in anyone and in the entrepreneur more so. Watch out for it. it does not sit well with success. Customers will not enjoy working with the entrepreneur.

Customers and clients are the supply of oxygen and lifeline.
