Achievement

To achieve success for any business the entrepreneur must be able to;

• motivate the team,
• communicate persuasively ,
• set clear and achievable objectives,
• get results.

This is all within the organisation. Not outside of the business.

Perhaps, the key skill is to be able to convince the customers and potential customers to believe in the entrepreneur and his or her business that the delivery of the service or product, however difficult will occur in a timely fashion.

The entrepreneur needs to facilitate;

• change management,
• solve problems,
• create differentiation,
• be strategic and fast footed to the ever changing outside world.

Have all of these skills put you off being an entrepreneur.

Do you possess these skills (or at least most of them)?

It is not easy being in business but extremely rewarding.

Entrepreneurship, is living a few years of your life like most people won’t, so that you can spend the rest of your life like most people can’t.

This leads me to discuss in the next few months the overriding attributes for any successful entrepreneur.
