Entrepreneurs often display charisma and have natural people skills.
They are dominant but in a relaxed and unassertive way. They are not domineering and therefore may tend towards manipulative behaviour.
The entrepreneur will be extremely well attuned to the reaction of the audience. Thus possessing high emotional intelligence. The audience may be the customer and client base or the work force and employees, for instance.
A creative and thinking side is always evident in the entrepreneur. He or she has to be, to be able to create the business idea and model and then most importantly to enact it into a viable and financially sound business. Taking advice along the way, so not always deaf to others’ ideas and suggestions.
However, the entrepreneur will at times be headstrong and will listen and take on board the ideas and suggestion, perhaps to be used later or when the time is right.
A very noticeable and common attribute of the entrepreneur is their ability to act at the right time. They will not always rush headlong into situations. They are, above, all measured people.
