So, the entrepreneur must be able to have ideas, be a specialist or near enough the specialist in the industry sector and above all co-ordinate the team.

The team captain is often tasked with bringing about the best out of each player within their team. Create a platform for good performances.

The entrepreneur is no different.

It may seem a natural requirement but firstly please consider and think if the entrepreneur did not possess that skill.

The business would be very unco-ordinated. Staff would not know their roles, they would not know their objectives and the business and entrepreneurial venture would fail almost immediately.

Being a co-ordinator, being organised and efficient is a skill some do not have. Some entrepreneurs don’t wish to have it, they see it as boring or back office. On occasions they hire a trusted friend or partner to be that servant and assistant.

Being a neurotic in the nicest sense is not a negative for an entrepreneur.

Grounded with common sense being stable are great attributes for the entrepreneur.
